On July 28, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #152, MPNP issued 299 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 633 points, 66 points fewer compared to the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 15 LAAs.  The lowest score in the SWO category was 726 points, 11 points more than in the previous round. In addition, Manitoba invited 41 candidates in the International Education Category.  In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 354 candidates, including 56 Express Entry candidates. On July 28, 2022, the Government of Ontario held a new draw in the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). In this draw, the province issued 2 targeted invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates who may qualify for the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP). All invitees have their profiles created in the Express Entry system between July 27, 2021, to July 27, 2022. The minimum score for this draw has not been indicated. On July 27, 2022, Ontario updated the average OINP Application Processing Time. As of now, the processing time for Ontario’s Master’s Graduates and Ph.D. Graduates Streams, Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream, Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, and Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream is 140-170 days.  Processing times for Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, and Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream are 120-150 days.  The processing time for Ontario’s The Expression of Interest (EOI) Assessment in the Entrepreneur Stream still requires less than 30 days, while the application processing depends on the complexity of the business nomination application. Another 469 invitations were issued to the Occupations In-Demand category candidates.  The lowest score in both categories was 68 points, the same as it was in the previous draw. In this round of invitations, no program has been specified. In round #227, the cut-off score was 542 points, 15 points fewer compared to the previous draw.  The tie-breaking rule for this round was December 30, 2021, at 16:32:49 UTC. As of July 18, 2022, there are 239,631 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 12,782 more compared to the previous update. On July 15, 2022, Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) released the results of the new draw under the Entrepreneur Stream. In this draw, the province invited 33 business candidates. The minimum score of this round was 146, six points fewer compared to the March 3 draw.  The OINP noted that those whose Expressions of Interest were scored by July 8, 2022, were eligible for this draw. In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 139 invitations, with a minimum score of 85 points. In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 4214), the province invited 18 candidates. In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 8 candidates.  The lowest score of those candidates was 60 points. In total, the province invited 165 candidates.
